motor. Parameter (program) set thru PLC system and 10″ touch panel.
7, Quickly changing tooling is offered in the machine, it does not
need tools to change it for time-saving and keep precision.
8, Password function is provided to prevent the program from being
modified by non-related person
2 . Main function
Full-auto winding machine, automatic wire feeding, auto winding,
auto wire traversing, auto wire clamp, and cut. Leader Wire auto
stripping and tin soldering. No wasteful terminal wire.
Different inner diameter coil production only needs to change the
fixtures and winding program saved in the HMI.
Fully automated machine, one operator could manage 5-10 set machine
