Product overview:
The double stations motor stator coil winding machine is used for
the BLDC motor manufacturing, adoptsa double-station design for
multi-pole stator coil winding.Each action cycle will wind 2
stators at the same time, Only manual loading is required, the coil
winding machine automatically clamps the mold, which reduces the
labor intensity and greatly improves the production efficiency.
Multiple tap (can be set by screen), wire clamping and wire cutting
can be realized during winding process.The number of slots and the
number of turns can be set by man-machine interface; all aluminum
alloy (anodizing treatment) plus imported acrylic
protection；electrical control ,setting and display by PLC, display
and servo motor ,it is very safe and reliable.
Application
The BLDC needle winding machine is especially suitable for range
hood motor, hair curler motor, servo motor, brushless household
motor, stepper motor, fan motor, Ceiling fan motor,bladeless fan
motor, brushless power tools, brushless medical equipment and other
types of DC brushless motor.

The automatic motor winding machine is especially suitable for
Inverter washing machine motors, Inverter cleaner motors, and
another BLDC/brushless motor.
Function and Characteristics:
1. Designed for multi-pole BLDC stator coil winding, with manual
loading and unloading, automatic clamping, winding, and shearing.
2. The frame features thickened 4080 aluminum profile, and the
table plate is made of cast iron to absorb vibration, ensuring
minimal vibration even at high speeds.
3. Tooling and fixture parts utilize a downward positioning mode
for stable and reliable tightening.
4. The wire clamping and wire cutting parts have a compact
structure, completing both actions at once.
5. Quick adaptation to different stator requirements through the
HMI, allowing for rapid switching of stator and winding parameters.
6. Quick change-over of tooling (20 minutes with proficiency).
7. Complete aluminum alloy protection.
8. PLC control with fault display.
9. Ensures moderate wire tightness, preventing injury or breakage.
10. Equipment safety index meets CE standards.
The stator is stationary during winding. All needle movements are
motorized and programmable and managed in direct drive mode (no cam
system, no belts, no lead screw).
It is possible to wind:
- Inner straight slot stators
- Inner skewed slot stators
- Outer stators straight and skewed slot
