The XT-609 CNC automatic speaker voice coil winding machine is a digital programmable coil winding machine. It features an insulation tape device and an optional margin tape device. Additionally, it comes equipped with an alcohol bath wire spreading head. The winding tensioner is optional. This machine is the ideal choice for winding large speaker voice coils.

1. It can wind both alcohol-soluble and hot-air enameled wires.

2. The step motor is driven by a constant-current power supply for high spreading speed and precise winding.

3. "Start Point" can be set via a key panel or with a teachable function. The display shows the position of the spreading head during setup.

4. Ceramic guides prevent the isolation of enamel from high temperatures.

5. Foot-switch connection for improved efficiency.

6. Winding parameters and options can be set independently for each step.

7. Memory capacity accommodates up to 999 steps of parameters with off-power memory retention.
