Equipment overview

The equipment is equipped with a CCD station, a resistance measuring station, and a height measuring station to realize fully automatic detection.

This automatic line adopts single-cavity high-precision tooling, high-speed three-axis gluing module (made with THK screw rod, guide rail, Panasonic servo motor, and can be adjusted with a handle), American Taikang screw valve, SMC pneumatic components, Keyence CCD, Guangzhou Micro-spot welding machines, Shanghai Yuewei UV furnaces, Panasonic sensors, and MISUMI's precise positioning parts can effectively ensure product quality and wire stability. It has a high degree of automation and stable performance and can save about 30 people.
