XT-DGRXJ multi-wire stator winding machine is specially designed

The advantage of stator multi-wire winding compared with a common
single-wire winding
1, the multi-wire winding machine can wind maximum 32 wires
simultaneously, which increases the winding efficiency
2, multi-wire winding normally uses a wire diameter less than
0.8mm,It has a higher fill factor compared with a single wire of
more than 1mm
3. Normally, the thicker the wire diameter, the more difficult
winding, mainly because it is easy to hurt the wire, but also easy
to scrape off the wire. Multi-wire winding uses a smaller wire
diameter, which can avoid the problems relatively speaking
4. Motor operation, the current through the coil, there will be a
skin effect, the overcurrent capability will have a certain
weakening, so multi-wire winding overcurrent capability is better
than a single line.
5. Efficiency,in the case of conditions permitting, the use of
multi-wire parallel winding is beneficial,can improve the
efficiency of winding to a certain extent.
6. Ease to winding, Multi-wire winding uses wire less than 0.5mm,
which has better bendability and flexibility. Single winding
normally uses thick wire (usually more than 0.8mm) which is harder
to wind
