This Dual Working Stations Motor Winding Machine adopts needle
winding technology,is suitable for winding BLDC stators. It is
equipped with servo system. It can automatically insert wire end,
winding, arraying, indexing, cutting, and demolding. This needle
winder is designed with two working stations. Machine movement is
pre-set in the touch screen. All the winding data can be shown on
the touch screen during the machine running. During running, the
machine will alarm if something goes wrong.

Operation step
1. Power on the machine
2. Thread the wire
3. Put stator to the working station table
4. Adjust the tooling according to different model stator
5. Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the
pre-set data.
6. Press the "start" button.
7. The machine will automatically do winding.
8. Take out the stator
Application
The BLDC needle winding machine is especially suitable for range
hood motor, hair curler motor, servo motor, brushless household
motor, stepper motor, fan motor, Ceiling fan motor,bladeless fan
motor, brushless power tools, brushless medical equipment and other
types of DC brushless motor.

The stator is stationary during winding. All needle movements are
motorized and programmable and managed in direct drive mode (no cam
system, no belts, no lead screw).
It is possible to wind:

- Inner skewed slot stators
- Outer stators straight and skewed slot
